A few good questions

Before we start.

The practical bits, in plain language.

What does “only pay if you love it” mean?

We agree on the solution and its one-time price before I build. You try the finished tool before deciding to buy it. If it is not right for you, you do not pay for the build. Purchase includes the handoff to your own account.

What does hosting it myself mean?

Your tool runs in an account you control, such as your own workspace or hosting account. You own the account and manage its bills. We agree on where the tool will run and explain how to use it at handoff.

Will there be ongoing costs?

There is no ongoing Easygoing subscription for the custom build. Hosting or other software may charge separately. We identify those costs and agree on them before you purchase.

What happens after handoff?

You receive the finished tool and clear instructions for running it. If you later want changes or ongoing help, we discuss that scope and price separately.

Start with the annoying thing

What feels harder than it should?

Bring me the task you dread. We’ll find a better way.
